Model DTSX

This type uses the all-glass evacuated solar collector tubes with HEL heat pipes as the heat-absorbing element. The high vacuum degree of the clearance between the outer and inner tube reduces the heat emission which is caused by convection and conduction. The layer films (coating) of the all-glass evacuated tubes transfer the sun energy into heat energy. The high absorption and low emittance rate of HEL layer film is unique.

HEL heat pipes are very efficient in high energy heat conversion. HEL heat pipes consists of Copper rod filled with liquid heat exchangers enclosed in extra aluminium layer placed inside 3-layered vacuum tubes. Using thermosiphon system-Depending on the density difference created in the heat pipes, water in the pressure tank is heated. HEL pressurized systems are maintenance free and highly efficient.

Model DFSX

The flat plate collector using thermosiphon principle transfer heat from colllector to water inside the tank. Solar radiation is absorbed by Flat Plate Collectors (FPC) which consist of an insulated outer metallic box covered on the top with tempered glass sheet. Inside there are blackened metallic absorber (selectively coated) sheets with built in channels or riser tubes to carry water. The absorber absorbs the solar radiation and transfers the heat to the flowing water. This surface has several parallel copper pipes/tubes running length ways across the plate which contain water.The more temperature difference between the fluid in the collector panel and water in the tank, the fast flowing and heat exchanging.
